(Oral) Petitioner has impugned his transfer order dated 30.06.2017, Annexure P-11, whereby he was transferred from the office of District Welfare Officer, Rupnagar to District Welfare Officer, Faridkot. According to him, the frequent transfers are against the transfer Policy of the Government.

Petition is thus, disposed of with a direction that respondent no.2 shall examine the entire issue within two months and pass a fresh order. Status quo shall be maintained till the fresh order is passed.
