At the outset, learned State counsel points out that the petitioners may have no option but to seek recalling of the order passed in CWP-19625 of 2014. Mr. Chopra submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition as he intends to move the application in above terms.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
