RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.151 dated 16.05.2019 registered under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines Sirsa.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.07.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
