JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The three petitioners, namely, Tarsem Singh, Harjinder Singh and Hardev Singh, who are substantively working as Head Constables, although have been assigned local ranks of ASI, have filed the present petition seeking quashing of the revised tentative seniority list issued by the DGP, Punjab, Chandigarh vide Memo dated 03.03.2016 (P.1) on the ground that the juniors to the petitioners are being shown senior in the said revised tentative list.

At the time of hearing, it is conceded that the objections have been invited pursuant to Annexure P.1 and the final seniority list is yet to be determined thereby rendering the present writ petition as pre mature. Therefore, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition being pre mature. Dismissed as withdrawn being pre mature.
