IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

CHANDIGARH CWP No. 18887 of 2015 Date of decision: 08.09.2015 Ranpreet Kaur ....Petitioner(s)

Versus

State of Punjab and others

...Respondent(s)

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE G.S.SANDHAWALIA

Present:

Mr. R.S. Sidhu, Advocate, for the petitioner.

G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel contends that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court with a grouse that his representation (Annexure P-4) (in the present case Annexure P-5) was not being decided. Vide the order dated 19.01.2015 (Annexure P-7), a decision has been taken in which the issue of experience was only taken into consideration. The factum of the petitioner's grouse regarding the benefit of weightage for post graduation was not taken into consideration and the petitioner could not represent properly before the said respondent. Thereafter, fresh representation and legal notice have been filed on 26.05.2015 (Annexure P-8) and 13.07.2015 (Annexure P-9) giving details as how the weightage of post graduation has been excluded from the total marks of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the above said issue, respondent no. 1 is requested again to reconsider the fresh representation and legal notice dated 26.05.2015 (Annexure P-8) and 13.07.2015 (Annexure P-9) whereby, the petitioner is raising a fresh grouse. The decision be taken within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Needless to say that in case the relief is to be denied, the order should contain reasons. 08.09.2015 (G.S. SANDHAWALIA) shivani JUDGE SHIVANI GUPTA 2015.09.09 15:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
