Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6, make a joint request that matter has been compromised between the private parties i.e. petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6, and in response to said compromise, a mutual divorce petition has already been instituted before the competent Court of law.

Further submit that in the said compromise, the issue of custody of minor child has also been decided mutually, and therefore, nothing is required to be decided in the present petition.

In view of the factum of compromise, as stated by the respective counsel for the parties, petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
