The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 08.06.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Pojewal, District S.B.S. Nagar. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the petitioners in the present case since stand acquitted vide order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the Trial Court and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The said fact has also been verified from the e-Court website of District Court SBS Nagar.
