Ravi Kant v. State Of Haryana And Others

UNDERTAKING BY WAY AFFIDAVIT I, Ravi Kant S/O Pal Singh JE/Elect. Presently posted at 132KV. Sub Station HVPNL Kariwala under XEN/TS Division HVPNL Sirsa do hereby undertake as follow:

1. That as per communication dated 20.03.2017 received from Registrar for Engineer-in-chief-Haryana PWD (B&R) Chandigarh I am selected as JE/Elect in Public Works Department (B &R) Haryana, Chandigarh. The offer of appointment has not been issued by the Department. However, EIC Haryana, PWD (B&R) vide memo No 448-elll-05/43166EL68 /Elll dated 16.03.2017 has conveyed me to appear before the Chief Medical officer of Distt. immediately and furnish the Medical Certificate in original in the office of Engineer-in-Chief, Haryana Public Works (B&R), Department.

Sector-33-A Chandigarh (Nirman Sadan) alongwith attested legible photocopy of matriculation certificate & diploma/degree and original testimonials for verification

2. That my following original documents are with HVPNL, were submitted at the time of joining in the Nigam.

(i) Matriculation Certificate (ii) Diploma Certificate+ All Semester Marksheet (iii) B Tech Degree +All 06 Semester Marksheet (iv) Scheduled Caste Certificate (v) Haryana Residence Certificate:

3. That I am in need of these original documents for the purpose of verification by PWD (B&R) only and not for any other purpose.

4. That I will re-submit these documents to HVPNL immediately after receipt of same from the PWD (B&R) Department.

5. That in case offer of appointment issued to me by PWD(B&R) Department, I will immediately inform HVPNL.

6. That I will join my new assignment in PWD (B&R) Department only getting NOC from HVPNL.

7. That I will deposit all expenses incurred by Nigam on me including training charges and salary drawn by me and any other expenses with interest in accordance with bond agreement and other conditions of offer of appointment, appointment letter & Nigam's instruction in this regard. If I violate any term and condition of this undertaking, the condition of offer of appointment, appointment letter and bond agreement will invoke.

8. That I will abide by all terms & conditions as contained in the offer of appointment issued vide Memo No. Ch-1/PF-7951 dated 07-10-2016 and appointment letter memo no. Ch-3/PF-7951 dated 26.10.2016.

9. That no terminal benefit of the past service rendered in HVPNL will be claimed by me and have no right to claim my lien on the post of JE/Electrical in case I leave

the services in HVPNL on my final selection and joining thereon in PWD (B&R) Haryana.

10. That I further undertake that I will relinquish post of JE/Electrical after completion of all required formalities and an acceptance of my resignation by the HVPNL."
