(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider its complaint/representations dated 03.09.2021 and 06.09.2021 (Annexures P-8 to P-15) against the acceptance of the bid of respondent No. 5 and awarding the contract to it. It is alleged that respondent No. 5 does not possess the necessary qualification.

Ms. Lavanya Paul, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab on advance copy submits that the complaint/representations dated 03.09.2021 and 06.09.2021 (Annexures P-8 to P-15) shall be considered and decided by the authorities in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
