Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was given a show cause notice, which was responded by him on 19.06.2024 by filing a reply, however, no decision thereon has been taken till date, for reasons best known to the said authority.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that respondent No.3 shall decide the aforesaid, within a period of 8 weeks, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, which satisfies her learned counsel. 3.
