(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.256, dated 21.12.2021, Police Station Shahzadpur, Ambala, Haryana, under Sections 120-B, 406, 409, 420, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code. This Court finds that the petitioner has not exhausted his remedies and did not approach the Sessions Court in the first instance. This Court deems that it will be more appropriate if the petitioner first approaches the Court of Sessions so as to seek grant of bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
