(ORAL) Status report by way of affidavit dated 08.09.2022 of Jasmeet Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Faridkot, District Faridkot, on behalf of the respondent-State, filed in Court today is taken on record.

Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.157 dated 08.05.2022 registered under Sections 420, 409, 436 IPC at Police Station City Faridkot.

Learned State counsel submits that as per status report, in pursuance of order dated 03.08.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation on 20.08.2022 and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
