The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of Complaint CIS No.COMI/16/2020 dated 03.02.2020, Annexure P-14 and summoning order dated 16.05.2023, Annexure P-15 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridkot.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
