On notice of the petitioner, a written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, the petitioner participated for the post of Staff Nurse and has secured 60.96 marks whereas the last candidate has secured 61.36 marks.

The short point for consideration before this Court is that whether the experience marks have to be added in the marks of written examination for calling the candidates for interview.

The answer is in negative, as the Commission is not following this process of counting the marks of experience before interview. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.
