Stand of the petitioners before this court is that land in question was taken by them on lease in open auction on 16.06.2017 at the rate of `32,000/- per acre. However, possession thereof has not been handed-over to them. According to him, petitioners submitted representation annexure P4 before the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal. No decision has been taken thereon.

Writ petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent no. 1 shall look into the matter and take a decision expeditiously preferably within a period of one month.
