This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the transfer order dated 30.06.2023 (Annexure P-5), whereby the earlier transfer order passed on 30.05.2023 has been cancelled and he has been transferred on his previous place of posting. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for transfer under the general transfer and had been transferred from Budhlada, District Mansa to Nabha on 30.05.2023 and this transfer order has been cancelled without any reason. He further submits that the order is clearly illegal and the same deserves to be quashed. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and have considered the submissions.
