This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the interim order dated 20.09.2022 passed in CWP-20101-2022. 2.

Reply by way of affidavit of Sudeep Kumar son of Sh. Sansar Chand Yadav, Branch Manager, Canara Bank, Branch SME Tauru, District Nuh, Haryana has already been filed, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.
