Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner an elected Sarpanch of Village Samaspur Majra, District Jhajjar is seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of order dated 6.1.2015(P-6) passed by respondent no.1whereby her application for stay of her suspension was dismissed. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the appeal against the impugned order stands decided. The aforesaid factual position is not controverted by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
