Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-draw the Merit List of written examination for the post of Veterinary Inspector released on 01.09.2021 (P-3). Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition.
