(ORAL) ase heard via Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail' under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.481, dated 04.08.2020, having been registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar City, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has sent (as court being held via video conference) photocopies of the testimonies of PWs 1 to 3, including the complainant in the FIR and the person stated to have been injured by the petitioner as per the FIR, i.e. Krishan Dass (PW3 before the trial court). As per the said copies of the testimonies, all three material witnesses DINESH 2022.01.09 19:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

That being so, with the petitioner having been in custody for about one year and 5 months now,
the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
