**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is that her contribution to the General Provident Fund amounting to `1,24,489/- has not been released though her services were terminated vide order dated 05.03.2013.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, petitioner has served the respondents with a legal notice dated 15.05.2019 (Annexure P-4), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.
