Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered back before the trial Court on 25.06.2026. It is, however, prayed that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking the same relief so as to enable him to take care of his father. Learned counsel further submits that, in view thereof, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for.
