**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Admittedly the Arbitrator was appointed on 31.03.1999. The Arbitrator gave sufficient opportunities to the petitioner, but the petitioner did not appear before the Arbitrator nor filed any claim. The Arbitrator ultimately terminated the proceedings under Section 25 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by noticing that the petitioner did not appear before the Arbitrator nor sought any adjournment in a lawful manner. Petitioner has raked up the issue after more than 22 years. Even the impugned order was passed on 22.05.2020 and the present petition came to be filed after more than two years thereafter.

In view of above, no case is made out to grant interference in this petition.

Petition stands dismissed.
