The present petition has been filed seeking quashing/setting aside of the impugned order dated 15.04.2025 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dasuya in case bearing CHI/477/2021 whereby the petitioner had been summoned as an additional accused under Sections 420 and 120-B of the IPC in FIR No. 62 dated 21.04.2021 at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the aforesaid facts cannot be controverted.
