**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 182 dated 27.11.2018, registered under Sections 307, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

On 12.7.2019, the following order was passed by this Court: " Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is neither attributed any injury nor was carrying any weapon and that in any case the injured is alleged to have sustained three injuries i.e. one on the knee, another on left thigh and the third injury is on right thumb and that none of the injuries is on the vital part. Notice of motion for 13.11.2019.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and GURPREET SINGH 2019.11.14 12:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 12.7.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 12.7.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
