**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.154, dated 14.04.2018, under Sections 120-B, 34, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad. Status report dated 24.07.2024 by way of affidavit of Jai Pal Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, H.Q., Fatehabad, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1-State in Court today, the same is taken on record.

This Court vide order dated 03.07.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 03.07.2024 the petitioner has joined the investigation. SANGEETA 2024.08.13 09:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-31079-2024 Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 03.07.2024 is made absolute.
