(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the action of the respondents in uploading one regular sanctioned post, occupied by petitioner on transfer portal, vide Annexure P-7, by showing it vacant.

Learned senior counsel contends that after filing of the petition, the respondents have not taken any action to transfer the petitioner, and she is continuing at her previous place of posting. There is no apprehension of her being transferred in near future, and she may be permitted to withdraw the petition, at this stage.
