(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate action to remove the illegal encroachment made by respondent No.5 on the property of Municipal Committee, Ferozepur. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Notices (Annexures P-2 and P-3) have already been issued by the Nagar Council, Ferozepur, but no action has been taken.
