Mr. Chatrath submits that the petition to supplement the appeal filed was not even considered.

Be that as it may, keeping in view that the substantive compliance has been made, no further order is required to be passed in the contempt petition and the same is accordingly disposed off. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law.
