**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 04.08.2022, Er.Baldev Singh Sran, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, is present in Court. He expresses regret at the passing of non-speaking orders by the appellate authority. He undertakes that henceforth the appellate authority would pass a speaking order after due application of mind. He also submits that necessary instructions will be issued to the various heads of the departments in the PSPCL to pass speaking orders in disciplinary proceedings and administrative matters concerning the employees. He also submits that the impugned order in the instant case has been withdrawn and a fresh order would be passed by the appellate authority after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and setting out the reasons for the decision. He has also filed his affidavit in this regard which is taken on record.
