   is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of Old Pension Scheme to the petitioner by counting his entire service from the date of initial appointment in the year 1997, in light of the Government notification dated 28.05.2025 (Annexure P-2).
