(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.4 and 5 to conduct auction pursuant to order dated 06.02.2024, passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar.
