Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to issue appointment letters to the petitioners for the post of Labour Enforcement Officer, Grade-2. No one is coming forwarded on behalf of the petitioners for the last two consecutive dates of hearing and as such it seems that they have lost interest in the matter.

In view of the above, there is no option except to dismiss the same for non-prosecution.

Ordered accordingly.
