   The petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing case No.HMA/165/2021, titled as "Hardeep Singh vs. Sangita", pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Family Court, Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana.
