RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by way of impugning the order dated 24.02.2021 wherein the learned Family Court has granted maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to the respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C. The case came up for hearing before this Court on 22.09.2021. When no-one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the same was adjourned to 26.11.2021. On 26.11.2021, again no-one was present on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, it came up for hearing on 02.02.2022, on which date petitioner was represented by the counsel. However, he made a request for adjournment and the case was adjourned to 02.03.2022. Again the case was adjourned to 05.07.2022 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and on that date also a request was made for adjournment. Hence, the case was adjourned for today. Today again an adjournment slip has been filed praying for adjourning the case on the ground that counsel for the petitioner has some personal difficulty.

Court is satisfied that neither the petitioner nor the counsel is interested in pursuing the case, which is pending since 22.09.2021. Hence, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. September 08, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
