G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) C.M. No. 15472 of 2015 Application has been filed for placing on record better particulars of the petitioners as Annexure P-1. In view of the averments made in the application duly supported by affidavit of petitioner no. 1, the same is allowed. The said Annexure be substituted with Annexure P-1 already on record. Office to make necessary corrections.

CWP No. 19069 of 2015 From the perusal of the paper book, counsel for the petitioner could not point out that the 55 petitioners were working with which schools. Even the representation filed dated 07.07.2015 (Annexure P-17) does not depict any such details.

In such circumstances, no directions can be issued in the absence of particulars.

Counsel submits that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a more detailed representation and also with permission to approach this Court thereafter on the same cause of action. Ordered accordingly.
