Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus for grant of re-fixation of pensionary benefits. For the grievance aired in the petition, petitioner has also filed representation, Annexure P-3. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that said representation would be considered and a speaking order would be passed in three months. Petitioner is satisfied with this submission. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
