(Oral) By virtue of instant civil writ petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the benefit of ACP Scheme after completion of 9 years of service and also directing the respondents to pay the balance of retiral benefits including DCRG (gratuity), leave encashment, GIS and GPF along with all arrears with interest @ 18% per annum with all consequential benefits to him. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a legal notice dated 29.05.2017 (Annexure P-8) was served upon the respondents but till date no action has been taken by the respondents.
