Petitioner - Manpreet Singh - and respondent No.1 - Kavita Devgan - are present in person, who have been identified by their Aadhaar Cards and also by their respective counsel.

The parties as well as their counsel are ad idem that the ejectment petition has been filed qua two shops i.e. Shop Nos.4 and 5, situated at Lalheri Road, Khanna, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner would hand over peaceful vacant possession of Shop No.4 within a period of two months from today i.e. on or before 30.09.2025. Qua Shop No.5, the parties as well as their counsel are ad idem that the petitioner be granted a period of one year from today to hand over peaceful vacant

CR-3050-2022 -2possession thereof i.e. on or before 31.07.2026 and for the said period the petitioner would pay rent @ ₹8,000/- per month from today, which shall be transferred by him in the bank account of respondent No.1 by the 7th of every month. The account details would be furnished by the respondent No.1 before the Rent Controller. It is further agreed that since the electricity connection of both the shops is joint, respondent No.1 would assist in getting the same shifted to Shop No.5.

The parties shall furnish their undertakings to the above effect before the Rent Controller concerned on 08.08.2025. 4.

Present revision petition stands disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 5.

It is made clear that in case the petitioner fails to furnish the above undertaking before the Rent Controller concerned on the date fixed, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.
