RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to arrest private respondent Nos.4 to 6 and for completing the investigation in case FIR No.32, dated 27.07.2021, under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents Heard.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, District Bathinda, that in case the petitioner files an application within ten days from today, the same be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within one month from the date of filing of the same.
