(Oral) The petitioner alleges that agricultural land owned by the Gram Panchayat and reserved for leasing out to Scheduled Caste community has landed in the hands of affluent class of persons through Benami auction as the successful bidder of Scheduled caste community is not at all in a position to pay the auction amount. The petitioner is said to have made a complaint to this effect to the authorities. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, however without going into the veracity of the allegations morso when the respondents have not been heard at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the D.D.P.O., Ludhiana to ascertain the allegations made by the petitioner in his compliant dated 17.08.2015 (P-2) and take an MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.09.15 12:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
