[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

[2] This is a petition seeking parole under Section 3(1)(c) of the Haryana Good Conduct of Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988. [3] The grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that application dated 7th June, 2021 of the petitioner has not been decided till date.

[4] Learned State counsel appearing on advance notice, submits that the application would be considered and decided within two weeks from today.

[5] In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no cause of action survives.

[6] The petition is disposed of.
