(Oral) By virtue of instant civil writ petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents to count the work charge period i.e. from 14.12.1973 to 06.11.1988 and 07.11.1988 to 16.05.1992 (14.12.1973 to 06.11.1988, the services was rendered by him in HSMITC and thereafter he was transferred to the erstwhile HSEB on 07.11.1998), towards the qualifying service and respondent fix the pension by counting the same and also grant him arrears with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a legal notice dated 19.02.2017 (Annexure P-3) was served upon the respondents but till date no action has been taken by the respondents.
