Notice of motion.

On asking of court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5. Petitioner has prayed for writ in nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action against respondent No.7 for alleged embezzlement of panchayat funds.

Mr. Mohunta, learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner can be examined by the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and appropriate decision shall be taken in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of statement made by Mr. Mohunta, no further direction from this court is necessary. It is, however, be clarified that needful be done expeditiously.
