Mr. Rajeev Anand, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Arun Gosain, Advocate for the respondent-UOI.

**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the impugned orders are appealable under the relevant provisions of law contained in the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. It is also not in dispute that petitioner has not availed the remedy of appeal, before filing present writ petition.

In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to her equally efficacious remedy of statutory appeal against the impugned orders. However, since interim order dated 4.12.2015 passed by this Court was continuing in favour of the petitioner, Amit Kumar 2016.09.02 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Civil Writ Petition No. 19098 of 2015 (O&M) the same shall continue to operate for another period of one month, enabling the petitioner to avail her remedy of statutory appeal. Disposed of, accordingly.

Since the main case is disposed of, pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stand disposed of. 31.8.2016 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) Ak Sharma JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether reportable:
