HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer in the instant application is for withdrawal of CWP No.12852 of 2018.

It is stated that during the pendency of the petition, respondents have since withdrawn the impugned demand notice (P.6) with a conveyance deed having been executed in favour of the petitioner-Society apart from an occupation certificate being issued. In view thereof, petitioner-Society does not wish to prosecute the present writ petition. Application bearing Crl.M.No.13682 of 2022 is allowed and the main petition bearing CWP No.12852 of 2018 is disposed of as having been withdrawn.
