(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 read with Section 437(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of default bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.396 dated 14.09.2022 registered under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra. Status report dated 28.09.2023 by way of affidavit of Rajat Gulia, HPS, DSP Pehowa, Kurukshetra, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
