Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this matter is squarely covered by the ratio of the judgment dated 17.8.2015 rendered by this Court in C.W.P. No.22066 of 2012 titled Ganga Ram Punia and others v. State of Haryana and others.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of in the same terms as in C.W.P. No.22066 of 2012.
