There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Learned State counsel has informed that the next date of hearing before the Illaqa Magistrate, Rewari, is 22.12.2020. Legal Aid counsel representing respondent No.2 submits that such respondent, who is complainant in FIR has filed a protest petition against the cancellation report submitted by the Investigating Agency. CRM-M-29633 of 2019 -2Magistrate, on such petition. The instant case is in the form of petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying for quashing of FIR No. 29 dated 4.2.2019, for offences under Sections 447, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Rewari Sadar, District Rewari.

Since cancellation report in the matter has been filed by the Investigating Agency, though final order thereon is yet to be passed by the concerned Magistrate, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Illaqa Magistrate, Rewari, to take final decision in the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order there.

It is hereby observed that in case the petitioners feel dissatisfied after passing of the order in the matter by the Illaqa Magistrate, Rewari, they may take recourse to the legal remedy available to them under the law.
