(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.12.2013 (Annexure P-4) whereby Superintendent of Police, Karnal has been asked to provide police help to the authorised officer of the IFCI Ltd. for taking over the possession of the property in question. Further prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing for directing respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioners being tenants of the premises of Karnal Haveli, Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, therefore, the petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
